This led him to switch his focus from engineering to real estate full-time in 2005. Those 5 years as a full-time realtor gave him the knowledge and experience needed to start a brokerage. In 2010 RentWorks was born. Today RentWorks is still staying true to the philosophy David started with, put simply “Smarter, Better, Faster”. She has endless experience in customer retention, customer service, associate relations and sales. With adding Property Management to her extensive resume, she will ensure every need is met and believes in going above and beyond for every client. She treats every property as its her own and looks out for the best possible outcome of each property. She has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area for 14 years and she is on the ground in Tampa to visit properties and be hands on with your investment.
